• Products Not as Described:
  If you feel that the product received does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service within the same day of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
• Warranty Issues:
  For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please address any issues directly with the manufacturer.
• Refunds & Replacements:
  For any refunds or product replacements approved by ALP SOLUTIONS—especially in cases where the product was damaged during transit—it will take 2 to 3 days for the refund to be processed or the product to be replaced.
